This is a really easy Instant Pot recipe. It's a homemade, better than from the box, version of Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff.
| 1¼ lbs | ground chuck |
| 1 lb | pasta of your choice |
| 1 qt | beef broth |
| 1 packet | onion soup mix |
| 2 tsp | granulated garlic |
| 4 oz | cream cheese |
| 2 oz | sour cream |
Turn the Instant Pot to saute' and brown the beef. When the beef has browned add the pasta, broth, onion soup mix, and granulated garlic to the Instant Pot and stir everything together. Set the Instant Pot to pressure cook for 8 minutes. When it has finished cooking do a quick release of the pressure. Add the cream cheese and sour cream and stir everything until it is combined. Serve.
