Key Lime Pie

Key lime pie is so easy to make and so good.

cup

lime juice, fresh is best, Nelly & Joe's is a great second best

2  cans

sweetened condensed milk (14oz cans)

cup

sugar

2

whole eggs

1

graham cracker pie shell (9" shell)


Mix the lime juice, condensed milk, and sugar together until the sugar dissolves. Add the two eggs, mix well, and pour everything into the pie crust. Bake, uncovered, in a 325 oven for 25 minutes.  Let cool on the stove top then refrigerate for at least two hours. Top with whipped cream.
