These are unique and really good on a hot summer evening.

banana, cut into 1" chunks

1½ oz

spiced rum

1½ oz

creme de banana

1 oz

whipping cream

1 tbl

caramel syrup


caramel syrup to garnish

ice

ground nutmeg to garnish

banana to garnish

Blend the banana, rum, creme de banana, whipping cream, caramel syrup, together to make a slush.  Add ice to the blender and blend until thickened.  Squirt some more of the syrup around the inside of a tall glass (a hurricane glass works well) and let it run down the glass. Pour the rum mixture into the glass and garnish with nutmeg and a banana.
