Hass avocados
1 Roma tomato
½ onion

½

lime (juice only)

½ jalapeno pepper
2 tbl  chopped cilantro
1 tsp  salt
1½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground cumin

Slice the jalapeno in half and remove the ribs and seeds.  Finely chop the tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.  Put the tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, garlic powder, cumin, and juice from the lime in a bowl and mix well.

Halve the avocados, seed them , and scoop out the meat.  Put the avocado meat in a molcajete or bowl and mash it.  It should be smooth but still have some small chunks.  Put the mashed avocado in the bowl with the everything else and mix well.

Serve with tortilla chips and margaritas.
