  Mango Sorbet

I love mangos and we have an ice cream maker so a recipe for sorbet was inevitable.  This is easy and really good.  Save your self time and money and use frozen mango chunks. 

1½ lbs

frozen mango chunks

1 cup

water
1½ cups
sugar
⅓ cup tequila
⅓ cup lime juice

Make a simple syrup with the water and sugar.  Let it cool then pour it into a blender, add the mango chunks, tequila, and lime juice.  Blend until smooth.  Put the mixture into the ice cream maker, let the machine do its work.
