Homemade Bread
Sourdough Bread

3 cups

bread flour

1½ cups
sourdough sponge
½ cup
warm water (105° to 115°)
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
yeast
2 tbl
sugar

This is our sourdough recipe for a mixer.

Combine all ingredients in the mixer and mix on speed #2 until it no longer sticks to the bowl.  Let the mixer knead the dough for 5 more minutes.  Remove the dough from the bowl, shape it into a ball, oil, and place into a greased bowl.  Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled.  Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces, place the dough into greased loaf pans, and let them rise until they fill the pans.  Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.
