Moroccan Chicken

This is one of our favorite recipes.  I don't have any idea where the recipe came from but it sure is good. You can use regular paprika in this recipe but it's better with smoked paprika.

1 tbl
olive oil
¼ cup
green onion, finely chopped, white part only
¼ cup
chopped parsley
½ cup
chopped cilantro
6
garlic cloves, peeled
2 tsp
smoked paprika
2 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
salt
¼ tsp
turmeric
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
4 to 6
boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Put everything but the chicken in a food processor and process until smooth.

Put the chicken in
a gallon zip top bag and pour the marinade over them.  Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour or as long as two days.

Heat the grill up to medium high and take the thighs straight out of the bag.  Grill over medium heat with the marinade still on the chicken and the chicken is cooked through.

Grill over a medium hot fire.
