sugar and 1 part water to a simmer, turn it off, and let
it cool. It keeps well in the fridge) |
Mix
everything together. Pour into the slushie
machine. Turn it on, set it to frozen drink, and
set the temperature one notch below the coldest
setting. Serve in a salt or demerara sugar rimmed
glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
